I have two kids that are 8 years old, and another that is 11 years old, and we are planning to go to skiing. It will be our first time and we don't have a ton of opportunities to do this.
Is it a good idea to go to Park City Mountain Resort and pay for a class? What do you recommend for a fist trip in the snow?

Your first trip skiing is very important to all involved. A bit of planning ahead will make the entire trip much more enjoyable and successful for everyone. You may also want to search the snowmamas.com web site for additional information on how to prepare.

I would highly recommend our Signature group lessons for all, and for the girls you would want to consider our Signature 5 lessons. Our website can give you the details, but we have a maximum of 5 kids to one instructor, and the all day lesson includes 6 hours, with lunch and lift privileges included. Rental gear is not, however you will receive a 20% discount if you reserve lessons and get your gear from our Park City Mountain rental shop.

You may certainly request that the two girls are in the same lesson as they learn, and by the end of the day they will know how to stop and ride the lift, and most likely start to develop turning. From the end of the day on, we hopefully have made some great memories for the girls to share with you, and live long Snowsports enthusiasts!

Let me know if you have additional questions, and we will look forward to your visit.
