The recipe for summer fun is simple.  Combine the best of Park City’s outdoor adventures with world class food, wine, and spirits for a delicious dish no one can resist.

Celebrating its 10th year, the Park City Food & Wine Classic will take place from July 9-13, 2014.  Guests will be able to bike, paddle, golf, and more while learning about food and wines from master chefs and sommeliers.

Foodies from around the world trek to Park City each summer to experience culinary delights and attend food and wine seminars in breathtaking mountain settings.  In addition to the traditional culinary seminars in restaurants and breweries, a variety of nontraditional events are on tap.  Opt to stroll Park City’s historical Main Street and enjoy over 14 stops in some of Park City’s restaurant and retail hot spots.  Sample a variety of tasty sips and nibbles while learning a bit about local merchants.

If you prefer to balance the calorie intake with outdoor activities, burn some energy on the fastest growing paddle sport in the world, standup paddleboarding (SUP), in the SUP n Suds seminars.  Local Park City SUP pro Trent Hickman and his team will provide the gear and instructions while Wasatch Brewery will serve up the suds, local beers, after the paddle.

Keep in mind that the Park City Food & Wine events are 21+ and advance ticket purchases are suggested.  Events do sell out!  No matter which events you choose to attend, count on amazing food and wine pairings, top notch entertainment, and maybe a few enviable selfies to share.  Be warned, the Park City Food & Wine Classic might be habit forming!
