While vacationing at the Park City Mountain Resort, there’s no need to cook for your gluten-free family. Park City has a variety of restaurants serving up delicious gluten-free fare both on and off the mountain. These are my top two family favorites for two reasons. First, the food is really tasty and second, the restaurants are super convenient for our family on the go!
Our family ranges from well seasoned black diamond skiers to non-skiers who prefer to kick back at the spa. We all agree on one thing: the Legacy Café at the base of the Park City Mountain Resort is an ideal place to meet up for tasty gluten-free meals. No family trip to Park City would be complete without a bowl of the gluten-free bison chili. It’s got just the right amount of spice and plenty of lean protein. There are vegetarian versions as well as a hot potato bar, a salad bar, and four different gluten-free soups/chowders. There are plenty of other choices for those not on a gluten-free diet that are not mentioned here.
After a long day on the slopes, the kids are craving pizza and lots of it! I’m usually craving a soak in the hot tub.
Take advantage of the Park City Pizza Co.’s super easy online ordering or just dine in and let them clean the dishes. Their hand-tossed gluten-free pizzas are certified by The Gluten-Free Institute and 100% delicious. Best of all, they deliver anywhere in Park City. Hello hot tub! The Pizza Co. also serves salads, hot sandwiches, gluten-free lasagna, dairy-free and whole-wheat pizzas so there really are options for every dietary plan.
