Make History at the 3rd Annual Thriller Snow Dance
You might be thinking, what is the Thriller Snow Dance? First let me define a snow dance. A snow dance is any type of ritual dance performed intending to bring on the snowfall. And.. Thriller, well we all know what that is. Here at Park City Mountain Resort we have found a way to combine 2 of our passions for a fantastic event.
Back for its third year, Park City Mountain Resort’s Thriller Snow Dance wakes the undead and shakes the snow from the skies when it returns to Town Lift Plaza on Saturday, October 29. This year Park City Mountain Resort is joining forces with Thrill The World in an attempt to break the world record for the "Largest Simultaneous Dance of the Thriller".
Here is a video from last year's Thriller Snow Dance:
If you love Michael Jackson, costumes, Halloween or just want to do your part to please the snow zombies for the upcoming season, then the Thriller Snow Dance is for you. Festivities begin at 5:30 with dance instruction and face painting before the officially choreographed “Thriller Snow Dance” is performed at 8 pm.
Visit the Thriller Snow Dance’s Facebook event page for more info.
Need some brushing-up on your getting-down? There will be an organized “Thriller” dance clinic on Town Lift Plaza next *Thursday*, Oct 27 5-7 p.m., in advance of Saturday’s event.
