Kim-Marie got her start on the slopes at the age of 7 when her Olympic skier dad sent her flying down the hill and told her to fall over when she wanted to stop. Born on the west coast, Kim-Marie has skied all the great mountains in Washington, Oregon, California and Colorado. When her husband's job took them to the east coast she decided she needed to ski where she was planted.

Raising four little snow bunnies on the east coast is not for the faint of heart, she has put her children ages 12, 10, 7 and 5 on the hill in sub zero temperatures and taught them how to cover their skin to avoid frostbite. Her early ski experiences have made her a vocal advocate for never teaching your own kids to ski.
