Maxwell's East Coast Eatery – Kimball Junction

When questioned about great pizza in Park City, Maxwell’s was the restaurant on everybody's list. The menu has a wide selection of pastas (even gluten-free), sauces, salads and pizzas – the biggest pizzas I’ve ever seen.  There’s a courtyard outside in case anyone needs to run off some energy.  During the summer free concerts in the Newpark Town Center on Thursday nights beg you to bring your dinner outside and enjoy a lovely evening.

Although not in Park City proper, there is another pizza spot you should consider if you want to make a road trip to Midway. Check out the Cafe Galleria. Best pizza around, IMHO.
